We were very impressed by the quality and professional services that was provided by Advanced Air. They were very thorough in checking out of needs and going beyond what was needed. They spent time needed to check every thing out. Th covered the carpet and or hard wood floor to protect it while working in the house and did a great job cleaning up.

What led up to the new installation sucked BIG TIME. I paid 49.00 dollors to have my A.C. tune up and then1 thing led to another 2500 hundred dollors later They sent out 2 Really good installers. They both was friendly,kind, polite, and very noligable of what they was doing. They was very willing to explain any questions we had. They done a really good job installing our new AC..They cleaned up after when they was all done. And walked us around and showed us what they did.. I give both of installers an A+..

I normally don't give a 5 star review. We was extremely happy with the 5 technicians Skyler, Merl, Matt, Mitch, Dan, and Steve on the customer service end. We got a quote to have an air conditioner installed in our house, the cost was the same price as a couple others we got. We went with Absolute Air because they included fixing the ugly hole in the ceiling from the ancient water cooler we had and they also blew in new insulation as well. They was all very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, fast. They took the time to explain everything and was very clean as well. I would "absolutely" call them for any of our air/heating concerns, and will recommend them to everyone!!

I called in after hours on the weekend because my furnace was cutting out. I spoke to a receptionist who connected me with a technician named Porter. Porter asked me a few detailed questions about what was happening over the phone and, rather than charging me an after hours/weekend visit to come look himself, he suggested I try a simple fix. He went so far as to text me photos of the tools/things I would need. The fix worked and Porter saved me hundreds of dollars on an unnecessary visit. I will definitely be calling Absolute Air the next time I need help with my furnace or A/C.

Kaden was amazing he explained what he was to do and went right to work. He cleaned up and left us with heat yeah!
