Dennis was very knowledgeable and happy to offer lots of advice on how we could improve our AC unit ourselves and what we could do to prolong its life, as well as what kinds of things to expect from it as far as life expectancy, performance, etc. He let the kids watch (and entertained them!) and answered any questions I had. The tune-up was on a big discount too, so we really felt like the knowledge we gained was well worth the cost!
