We had a good overall experience. A technician attempted to repair our AC on the same day it went out, a salesperson came out 5 days later and our new AC was installed 5 days later. Everyone associated with Absolute Air provided great service, but I didn't like being without AC for 10 days in the summer. It seems like the company could plan better for this busy time of the year.
