My Furnace went out on the coldest night of the year. Called Absolute Air who sent Shay over to help. Shay was on time, once he saw the furnace model, he knew exactly what the problem was. It was a simple fix, no parts needed. Was finished in 20 minutes. Just charged for the service call. Great Experience. I would use them again.

Last night our furnace went out and after I checked out a few things I couldn’t see what was wrong. I called up absolute and their service technician was able to come out really quick! He showed me the igniter was cracked and then he replaced it. Everything is working great now!

We shopped around for water softeners and talked to other companies but when we talked to Nick, he was knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the system. He was efficient and explained step by step what he was going to do when he arrived. He was organized and clean. We have two units that heat and cool our home. Our main floor unit went out on what would be a very hot day. I Googled repair companies and decided to call Absolute Air based on reviews. I call them and the girl who took my call was so friendly! She was able to get someone out that same day. The technician was really nice, and honest. The fix ended up being an easy fix, and he also tuned up our furnace and cleaned out our other unit. 2 days later our air conditioner for our upstairs stopped working, so we called Absolute Air back out. The new technician was also very nice and honest. Unfortunately this fix wasn't as easy, as our upstairs 30 year old furnace's blower had seized up. He said he could fix it but did let me know that it may be a good time to think about a new furnace, since furnaces don't typically last that long. We decided to have them call out their furnace salesman, who was just so wonderful to work with. Never once in all of my/our interactions with the technicians, or salesman did we feel like we were being jerked around. The salesman, Mike, was so easy to work with, kind, and helpful. He helped us find a product that we were comfortable paying for and worked for our needs. I was so pleasantly surprised. They were able to get it installed only 2 days later! I have been so impressed with this company, I would highly recommend them to someone needing maintenance, fixes or new equipment. We will definitely use them again on other future needs!!

The service with Absolute Heat, Air, and water is excellent! Rex was very thorough, patient, and caring in his presentation of what was available and what was best for our needs.We had Dennis as a technician at our home last year, he was very thorough and awesome to work with! He answered our questions and had our A/C running and cooling our house in a short time. We also talked with Rex about updating our A/C and furnace but we decided to wait until this year. Our system quit working last weekend. After we talked to Rex they were awesome in getting our system in the next day! Thanks Rex for making it happen! We love the people at Absolute! Absolute Air has been fantastic to work with. During a routine inspection they found issues with my HVAC system, and we determined that the whole thing needed replacing (it was an 18-year-old system, and the inspection before suggested this might be on the way). They made honest recommendations and were able to get me a quote quickly. Even better, they were able to do the install within days of ordering. The install went faster than I expected, and they left my equipment room cleaner than when they started. The crew was professional and knowledgeable.

Great experience. The office is a little on the slow side for responsiveness but that doesn't bother me at all and the technicians are really great. Nice and considerate, it only took them about 45 min to install a water softener for us. It was well done and their policies are great in case anything goes wrong or needs adjustment in the future. On top of all that, minus the equipment cost, final price was only around $500 which I will gladly pay to have an expert do the job. Great company all around from my experience.

I have nothing but good experiences and good things to say about my experience with Absolute Air. I moved here from New York City and went through a long process of trying out multiple companies for A/C and furnace maintenance and repair before settling on this company. While I didn't have any major or consistently negative experiences with the other companies, there were nagging issues that would crop up, like seemingly high employee turn-over or technicians who knew how to perform aspects of their job but couldn't really answer my questions, or no one calling me to say their tech had an emergency repair that would push their arrival time to nearly the end of the time window.I haven't had any of those issues to date with Absolute Air. They have been helpful, come within their time window, call or text (with the name and picture of the technician) shortly before the tech arrives, and the technicians and office staff have been friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I am so happy I've found this company.Shout out to CJ who did the maintenance check on my furnace today for being pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Keep it up Absolute Air!2021 Update: Absolute Air continues to impress me. Each technician I've met with has been knowledgeable, courteous and truly went beyond the extra mile each time an issue came up. This company just keeps getting better. Thank you!

My experience with Absolute Air was exceptional! I felt completely comfortable having the employees in my home while I was at work. The work completed was explained in detail so I would have a working knowledge of my new systems. Great care was taken in protecting my carpets and outdoor areas. The old equipment was taken away so I didn’t have to worry about hauling it away! Excellent service, excellent employees, excellent equipment!!! (Bonus-they even hauled away my old water heater that was left behind by someone else)! I now have peace of mind that everything is up to code!

Clark was the serviceman that came to my house. He was prompt, very professional and personable. Michael came to tuneup our furnace. We have a 20 yr old furnace and he didn’t recommend replacing it, but rather showed us a few things he could do to get it running better. He did just that. The furnace is working great and we think we have a few more years before we’ll have to replace it. He was very knowledgeable and kind and I highly recommend him and Absolute Air.

I was offered a discounted service call by Home Depot. I figured they would try to sell me on a new furnace and they did offer that option but their technician was not at all pushy and did actually more than I expected when he was at my house. He even taught me how to use my Nest thermostat. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I opted not to buy more than the service call and I paid a diagnostic fee for a problem with one of our furnaces. I was impressed with the service but wanted to wait before doing repairs.

I’m not much for leaving a review, but I wanted to take the time to thank our technician Shay and Absolute Air as a company for their professionalism and exceptional customer service! Initially I called Absolute Air to get an estimate do my HVAC system. The receptionist was empathetic to our situation and said that they were booked a couple of days out, but would keep me posted if an earlier time became available. Sure enough, she called me and said a spot cams available the next day! Then once Shay arrived, he was very personable and provided me some basic tips I could do to preserve my HVAC system. Hottest day of the year and my a/c starts to blow warm air. Not what you want to have happen. I called Absolute Air hoping they could come early next week and they were able to come today! Caleb showed up and put on his shoe covers and looked at the furnace and thermostat then back to the a/c unit. He quickly found the problem and then spent a good hour trying to get into their warehouse to get the part. He finally was able to get ahold of someone and they let him in for the part. He quickly installed it and I could feel the cool air immediately. He did a great job. He went out of his way to make it so I could sleep in cool air tonight and was very kind. He is a great employee and I will use them again because he did such an amazing job on a hot long Saturday.

Dennis is friendly and professional. I felt comfortable with him doing work on the house, which I haven't always felt comfortable with some of the technitions other companies have sent out. I would recommend him to anyone, and will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Dennis was honest about what needed to be done. We have an old AC unit that will have the be replaced in the next few years, but he gave us several options, and several price quotes, which I really appreciated. We decided to go with the cheaper option for the time being, and have a few parts replaced, and see if we can't get a little more life out of our old AC. Dennis agreed that this option would probably be worth it. He came back a second time to detail our furnace, and work on a few other things. Both times he did an awesome job! He does really good work, and creates a positive experience. 👍👍

I have been using Absolute Air for 4 years now. They installed a brand new Lennox A/C and Furnace system for me which has performed exceptionally. It has been extremely cost efficient while keeping our home comfortable all year round. I have used them for regular check-ups of this unit as well as maintenance of our other much older system. I am extremely impressed by Caleb! WOW! The office contacted me when he was about 15 minutes away (Thank you office girls!) and he was right on time, we couldn't of had more perfect timing. Caleb got into the attic and serviced my HVAC unit and even fixed my thermostat. He did an excellent job and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with him.. Fair quote on a big insulation job, right in line with competitors. Scheduled it for the day after we accepted the bid. Workmen were in and out in under 4 hours. We now have R60 insulation including over the garage. Matt even enlarged the doghouse in the attic so the next crew has easier access to the whole structure. Great crew, great work!

During the last two weeks, we have had our furnace inspected and our water heater serviced by Absolute Air technicians. (1) Even though we are on-going customers, we were given the "introductory rate" in both cases. Other companies have a low, low rate to snag new customers, then the steady customers pay a jacked up price to even things out. I appreciate that everyone gets a good deal with this company.(2) No one at absolute air has tried to "up sell" us ever. If you ask, they will tell you any problems they discovered, and tell you how to remedy the problem with several alternatives. I have never felt pressured by any of their technicians, ever.(3) Many companies "save" money by using apprentice technicians. Absolute Air uses apprentices which builds the trade, but they are carefully supervised by journeymen technicians, as they are supposed to be. A master plumber came out to service my water heater.

From the exceptionally thorough and detailed salesman (Ken) who spoke to you with respect, to the installers (Merle and Zane) who treated the installation as it was their own home and were punctual, clean and very detailed, we couldn't have selected a better company to have install our completely brand new system (duct work, AC and furnace) in our remodel. We had 5 bids and Absolute was far and above the best to deal with. Don't look any further.

We had a great experience with Absolute Air. From the time I made my after hours call when our AC stopped working to the time it was fixed and running again was only like an hour and a half. Our water heater is leaking. They came out to fix it and charged us $400 to fix it. They replaced a part and when I got home to check it they replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced and didn't even touch the leak. I tried calling the office too see if they can come back out and fix it but nobody will answer the phone.Update. The technician called back and came out early the next day. He looked at the leak and fixed it pretty quickly. The office also called back to resolve the issue. They said they will reimburse the money we spent on the earlier repair because it wasn't the issue. Good customer service and they were friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend Absolute Air. I first had them check out my 14 year old system about 2 years ago. Tom W. was exceptional as the technician. Subsequently, I had them replace my whole system. How often do you have two air-conditioners at two different properties go down on the same day? Well, it just happened to me and so I was definitely needing some help. I checked reviews and came across Absolute Air; they seem to have great reviews and so I reached out to them. It turns out that Colten, one of their repair techs, was already in the business park where one of my units was and was able to put other jobs on hold and come check my unit out. He quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor and recommended that I also get the unit cleaned up and serviced. He was able to do it right then and for a very reasonable price.He then followed me to my second property where, after about 15 minutes of testing, he diagnosed that unit with a bad compressor. He was able to show me exactly how he came to that conclusion and gave me great information on options. Ultimately we discovered that the compressor itself was under warranty still so he quoted me labor costs for getting my system back up and running. Ultimately his information and willingness to help me find the best solution will save me several thousand dollars over installing a new unit when the old one could be repaired under warranty. So, if somebody asks if I would recommend Absolute Air – absolutely!

We had a Champion brand Swamp Cooler installed in the Fall. It came highly recommended from Home Depot. Unfortunately, upon install it did not work properly and we kept having to call the company back to check out the cooler. The first few visits there were clearly a few installation issues that they were able to resolve, but the next few visits it hasn’t been clear why it won’t work like a brand new machine. True to their word, they have kept their warranty on the installation and did not charge us additional fees time and time again. It is now June and it still hasn’t worked since installation and they still haven’t cut us off. We will have one last service today to check it out and if it doesn’t work, may I just recommend that you don’t ever buy a Champion brand cooler! It is not worth the headache or heat exhaustion you will experience! The company and I are both getting tired of the issues but they have been so good to help me through this horrible experience! I have never met a company who has been so gracious with their servicing or more willing to help you get the result you need. So, if you are looking for an honest company that will do a honest job, this is the company to go with. ...And please learn from my mistake and don’t ever get a Swamp Cooler to keep saving money on your utility bill! Just upgrade to AC!!

We have had the same guy come every year for at least 5 years. I always feel I can trust him, the work he does and the recommendations he makes. They service our a/c and furnace, so they come out twice a year and I like that we can pay a little every month and not have to pay the whole thing at once. When you commit to the payment plan you get a discount when repairs and things are done. I love Absolute Air.

The Pros: The guys were great to work with. They worked quickly but with high quality. They were respectful of both my house and me, and they answered all of my questions. It was a very good experience.The Cons: We were scheduled for a two day install. This was a surprise. We were never told we could be without heat on a cold night. Thankfully, Dusty and George worked a long day so we could have heat that night. (Another Pro!). We were told that the heat ducts would be misted which to us was cleaned. That is not what misting meant. Either I missed it in the sales pitch for it was not explained. This is NOT a deal breaker just something you should know about.I would recommend these guys to friends and family. (Ask for Dusty and George)

Absolute Air sent out Mr. Colten Sperry. A top notch tech who is knows his stuff. Fixed my furnace and then he came back out a few weeks later and did some PM on the air system, Clean cut, respectful, and honest. My favorite part is no hard sales or expensive upgrades suggested. He gives you the truth and the options and lets you decide. I highly recommend this business and Mr. Sperry's work....Hope this helps

Tom was absolutely thorough and very meticulous in his diagnosis of my furnace repair of which I thought was linked to my last service call. It was not linked to the last service call at all, and did everything in his expertise to resolve the issue. He went totally above and beyond to find a resolve for what was triggering a malfunction.
