This score is based on the number of different databases that showcase them, the average score they have received from these databases, and the consistency with which they maintain these review scores.
Experience
For this category, Expertise takes into consideration the primary area of expertise, as well as the variety of services and how many years of quality service the providers have brought to the industry.
Professionalism
Finally, Expertise utilizes mystery shoppers, who contact each company and act as a potential customer. These shoppers rate the companies based on professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness.
