We are taking extra precautions when entering customers’ homes
Before sending out a technician we will confirm that nobody in your home has been exposed to the coronavirus. You can help by alerting us as soon as possible if there has been any coronavirus exposure in your home so we can reschedule your appointment. As always our technicians will wear shoe covers to protect your home, and in addition they will politely avoid handshakes and other forms of contact with you and anyone else in the home including pets.
We are ensuring our staff is healthy
We have reviewed with our staff the importance of regular hand washing and sanitizing, avoiding touching their faces, and maintaining safe social distancing to prevent exposure to the virus. They have been instructed to stay home if they have any reason to believe they have come in contact with the coronavirus. Office staff are working from home and training meetings are happening remotely to avoid group gatherings.
We have indoor air purification solutions for those that are interested
