We’re not perfect, but if we do make a mistake you can trust that we will work hard and fast to make things right every time.

- 100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee We stand behind every aspect of our service. From our staff to the equipment we install, we are committed to providing complete satisfaction. We guarantee that all of our employees will be clean-cut, drug- and smoke-free, and properly trained and certified. We guarantee every piece of equipment we install will function properly according to the manufacturer’s specifications. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will promptly resolve any issues with equipment or workmanship. In the event you are still not completely satisfied within one year from the date of service, we will remove the equipment and refund your money.
- Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee
We are so confident in the quality of our workmanship that we guarantee it for as long as you own your home. Your equipment itself is protected by a manufacturer’s warranty and our labor warranty, but this guarantee protects the other aspects of our installation, such as ducting, flue venting, refrigeration lines, etc.
- Red Tag Guarantee
We take the safety of our customers very seriously. We also value integrity above all else. Occasionally, we find an appliance that is in an unsafe operating condition and we are required to shut it off and “red tag” it. Common safety problems include gas leaks, improper combustion, venting issues or a cracked or corroded heat exchanger. Our technicians go through extensive training to ensure accurate diagnoses and we stand behind our work 100 percent. If you replace an appliance with us as a result of a “red tag” diagnosis and we determine after the installation that the diagnosis was incorrect, we will refund the full cost of the installation and let you keep the new appliance.
- Lemon-Free Replacement Guarantee
This guarantee applies to certain qualifying systems and provides a replacement unit in the case of major system failure. In the unlikely event that the heat exchanger fails on a qualified furnace or the compressor fails on a qualified air conditioner within 10 years from the date of installation, we will provide a new comparable replacement unit.
- Rebate Guarantee
If your equipment or service qualifies for a utility rebate, we guarantee the rebate amount written on your signed agreement. If the utility company requires the customer to submit rebate applications, then you are responsible for submitting the necessary rebate paperwork within 90 days from the date of service. Should the rebate come back any lower than the amount we quoted, we will work with the utility company to correct the issue. In the unlikely event that we are not able to resolve the issue with the utility company within six months of the date the work was completed, we will reimburse you for the difference. If customers choose to participate in a utility-sponsored rebate, they waive all rights to their system’s renewable energy credits. By not accepting a utility rebate, the customer will still own their RECs. Most rebates take 12-16 weeks to be paid out by the utility companies. Tax credits are subject to IRS guidelines and your tax liability. We are not tax professionals and recommend consulting with your accountant regarding all tax credits.
- Labor Warranty
If your equipment has a part failure that is covered by warranty within the labor warranty period specified on your signed proposal, we will waive the standard diagnosis charge and perform the repair for free. The cost of any parts will be covered by the manufacturer’s parts warranty.
- Manufacturer Parts Warranty
You can find all of the details of your equipment’s heat exchanger, compressor and parts warranties in the paperwork provided with your equipment or on the manufacturer’s website.
Routine maintenance on installed equipment is required by the manufacturer as specified in the owner’s guide for your equipment to ensure proper performance of the equipment. Repairs that are required due to lack of routine maintenance are not covered by warranty and will incur a standard diagnosis charge.
